Mr. Coleman has had a serious issue with holding units on the PO report for deals that do not exist, which in turn causes a delay in securing long-term fruitful business transactions that are a benefit to the company and the future of its employees. Example: A0115712 - 105' 12 TEREX TM105; 11 PRINOTH GT3000 -held for customer sale -email on 8th of February: "I talked to Brian yesterday, and as far as a purchase until we figure things out here a little more we need to pass. So you can let it go to the next person on the list. Thanks again for finding it for us, maybe next time. Thanks Todd" This is one of MANY deals that are shady to say the least. We petition you to remove his PO report hold priveleges for a term of 6 months. At the end of 6 months, we recommend the undersigned to review the probationary period for further action. If a deal is actually solid and needs held on the PO report, we recommend it be reviewed by 3 of the undersigned before the hold is put into place. Yours Truly
