This petition is for the reinstitution of public hanging for persons convicted of violent,and/or felonious crimes. The sentence of hanging by the neck until dead would apply to any person or persons,judged guilty,by any state,or federal court. A hanging sentence would be indisputable,and irreversible,by any judge,or court other than the court/judge/magistrate,issuing the original judgement.Appeals would be limited to one,in the state where the felony was commited. Publically elected officials,-Senators,Congressmen,State Governers,any and all Department heads,/bureaucrats,both state,and federal,in violation of any sworn oath,or loss of supporting the public trust,and ignorance of the sacred oath defending the Constitution,of the United States of America,shall be guilty of a felony.Any theft,by taking,conversion,or by any means unlawful or immoral,in violation of the public trust,and laws state,or federal,shall be considered a felony,and subject to the full penalty of law/Public hangijng. Executions shall be carried out by the County Sheriff,or County Coroner,within 30 days of sentencing
