    Comments: It's time to tell the environmental groups that they have to pay for all of their own bills. File a lawsuit and pay for it. Loose the lawsuit and they pay the fines. All of the studies they claim is proof of damage being done has been falsified and then they laugh when the judges believe them and award them a big settlement. Quit feeding the environmentalists. Make them pay their own bills.

    Comments: The ban on suction dredging in California and attempts to implement similar bans in Oregon and other states have been conclusively shown, time and again, to be based on flawed science and even outright dishonesty. The opinions of radical environmentalists should not be the only ones that matter. Reinstate dredging now!
