We the people of the united states in light of the inability of our legislature to come to agreement on the Federal Budget do herewith serve notice to all elected federal officials that they are expected to come to agreement and pass a budget preserving the long term operation of the US Federal Government within one week of this notice, or they will be deemed collectively incompetent and removed from office at the earliest possible time. Should the will of the people not be carried out in this manner, we hereby pledge that we will not vote for a single candidate who is a member of either political party, Democrat or Republican, and that we will further do all in our power to disenfranchise both parties to the utmost of our ability. The two parties that dominate politics in the US are no longer servants of the people nor statesmen, but have sold out to special interests groups, lobbyists and investors. They have become divisive, for-profit organizations compromising the best interests of our nation for personal gain. If they can not perform one of their most basic functions, that of passing a budget, within one week of this notice, we pledge to completely and utterly remove them from all political discourse in this country.
