Worked with them before and they are nothing but helpful. Abbey court needs to show some basic kindness here.
Unbelievable. They help kids and make things better for everyone. why make the situation so hostile for no reason?
just let them have their grace period till may. it isnt hurting anyone to wait a couple more weeks.
Ridiculous to slap them with a huge fine when they have already agreed to leave by may. let off the gas already.
total overreach by the hoa. hrc has been there for years without issue. give them the time they need to move properly.

This is just wrong. They do so much good for the neighborhood and now they are being forced out? Leave them alone.
