   Comments: On the 29th April 2009 my little dog and I were fumigated with pesticides as we lay sleeping.....she died a few months later......I suffer with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity as a result of exposure to farm chemicals and pesticides........all parties had copies of my medical history.....including the fact that to 'fumigate' would put my life at risk.........and to return to a 'contaminated' home would put my life and that of my little dog at a high level of risk.....see part of an email received by my Real estate by the Strata Management........they chose not to warn me that the 'fumigation' would go ahead.........in Australia, it is understood, a person presenting with a 'Disability' and with authorised medical documents is not accepted either by the recalcitrant parties nor the Department of Fair Trading who oversee the Real Estate Industry...... 'Email'......... CONFIRMING THE FUMIGATION WILL GO AHEAD ON FRIDAY 21ST MAY UNLESS I HAVE MEDICAL REPORT STATING 3 AND A HALF WEEKS IS INSUFFICIANT NOTICE BY 5PM TODAY. You may need an exemption to the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW)(ADA) if you want to favour a particular group of people in situations where that would otherwise be unlawful under the ADA.
