In this modern world there is no need for animal fur. This trade must be stopped, its barbaric and cruel. Animals are not on this planet to use and abuse. Come on Canada please pass this bill and do it immediately.
As a Canadian citizen born and raised in Canada I'm appalled and sickened that our Country is supporting this barbaric inhumane cruelty. We are supposed to be a civilized country shame on us for our inhumanity! As a Canadian this is unacceptable and I am ashamed of my country.
Disgusting ! Appalling abuse and torture of SENTIENT animals, some are stolen family pets others deliberately farmed. All they want is LOVE and to be cared for, dogs and cats give us humans UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, and look at the way we treat them UNACCEPTABLE !
why is this happening - you have no right to kill innocent animals such as this - and we as Canadians are supporting this type of barbaric act? how can this be possible! I'm ashamed to be a Canadian for this reason! stop this support now!
Hi there, Do you have or even had as a kid a pet dog or cat. Can you imagine anything as inhuman as ripping their fur off while they are alive, just for the sake of fashion? please stop any such imports, Thank you
GOD-willing, very soon the very best and enforceable animal welfare laws and regulations shall become prevalent throughout the world. May GOD-ALMIGHTY save animals from the horrors of human induced abuse, cruelty, torture, neglect, and habitat destruction.

The fur trade is cruel and unnecessary. In the 21st Century there is no need to wear another animal's skin. The fact that Asia are now using domestic animal's fur is even more abhorrent. Please stop supporting the cruel cat and dog fur trade.
