The Declaration Of Arab And Jewish Rights In The Disputed Territories. It is time for the EU, the US and the UN as well the word's nations to stop advocating for an “Apartheid” and instead recognize the right of Jews, Israelis and Arabs to live in Judea and Samaria also known by its Jordanian name as The West Bank. (Both “The West Bank” and “Judea and Samaria” are used interchangeably.) Currently there are two states living in Judea and Samaria (The West Bank); Israel and The Palestinian Authority which was very recently recognized as a non State member by the UN. While Israeli, Jewish, Arab rights predate the PA and Israel both of which have historic populations dating back hundreds of years as well as recent populations, it is not the goal of petition to recognize either state, recognize their particular land claims or impose borders in these disputed territories or even create a final peace agreement but to get the international community to recognize the rights of all parties so that a peace agreement can be arrived at by the parties and more easily recognized by the region. Israeli and PA communities, just as Arabs and Jews, need their rights in The West Bank (Judea and Samaria) recognized by all because so many states and international organizations attempt to dictate what they think is just without regards to history or to the rights of people living in Judea and Samaria or the rights of people who hope to live there. These basic rights must to be recognized by the UN, EU and individual nations are: 1. The right of Jews to live in the Judea and Samaria (The West Bank), to create communities and to create a state or affiliate with any state they choose. 2. The right of Palestinian Arabs to live in The West Bank (Judea and Samaria) and to create a state or affiliate with any state they choose. 3. The right of Israeli Arabs to live in Judea and Samaria (The West Bank) and to create a state or affiliate with any state they choose as part of the Israeli community. Additionally: 4: The world must demand the return to peace negotiations to determine final borders by the Israelis and the Palestinians without excuse, equivocation or to refuse in protest. Conflict resolution cannot happen by waiting for this intense conflict to go away. Any solution must not force the unwilling uprooting of people currently living in The West Bank (Judea and Samaria). While the world should advocate a peace agreement to resolve the territorial disputes between Arabs and Jews in Judea and Samaria (The West Bank) and pressure both sides to return to the negotiating table, the UN, the EU, international organizations and individual states should not attempt to abrogate, deny or disenfranchise the rights of Jews and Arabs to live The West Bank (Judea and Samaria). Nor should the UN, the EU, international organizations and individual continue to encourage the disenfranchisement of communities on the basis of race, ethnicity, religious affiliation or political and national aspirations. We the undersigned demand that the UN, The EU, all international organizations and all nations recognize this declaration of rights for both Arabs and Jews and all people currently living Judea and Samaria (The West Bank).
