Under the American Disabilites Act 1990, no individual or group is to be discriminated against due to physical impairments. The Deaf Culture is being denied their Human Rights in expressing their only way of communicating, through American Sign Language, and are being discrminated against by not being permitted to use the language of their culture. In the casinos,no other language is prohibited other than American Sign Language. By signing this petition, you the signer, agree that the Casino's should permit the deaf patrons the right to communicate throughout the Casino's by using American Sign Language.
