We the people of the City of North Las Vegas Las Negas, Nevada, need the present Vechical and Traffic Laws reworded to read as follows. Any driver that is aproching on a leagal cross walk must come to a Complete and Full Stop, when there is a person located in said cross walk! Any driver that FAILS TO DO SO shal be served with a Mandatory Fine of $1,000.00, with stiff Surcharges,for the first time. If there is a second time the fine shall be doubled. If there is a third time any and all Dtiving Privilges shall be REVCATED for a period of ONE YEAR! We need this pitition to be signed by every resident of the City Of Noth Las vegas, Nevada, thank you.
