On February 25th I spent 30 minutes on the phone with an Access Media 3 (AM3) representative trying to get my internet up to a speed that would load a basic webpage. Every month I pay for 30 mbps. Guess how much I was getting: 2 mbps. TWO. On average, during a day, I don't receive even half of the service I pay for every month. I imagine this is a problem for more people than just me.

The representative said that on February 20th AM3 started discussing upgrades specific to our complex. Discussing eventually leads to change and we can help speed up the process. By signing this petition you will be showing the leasing office as well as our internet provider that we deserve to be getting the service we pay for.
