Persecution of Christians hasn’t been happening just yesterday or today, but it started from the first time missionaries left their countries to spread the Word of God. Today we see in India, our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ are being battered, ashamed and humiliated for their belief and practices in Christ Jesus. Many churches have been burned down and destroyed, pastors and their families have been striped and publicly assaulted by Indian religious extremists. As one body in Christ it is our responsibility to stand up as the voice for our brothers and sisters and their safety, so please join us in a peace demonstration to stop the persecution of Christians in India.

We will be gathering on Friday 26th February 2016, outside Waldorf Hilton Hotel (opposite the Indian High Commission) from 1:30pm-2:00pm and from 2:00pm-4:00pm we will be beginning the peace demonstration outside the Indian High Commission.

It was quoted by Jesus in Matthew 25:36 saying “I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me”, this is your opportunity to be one of the righteous people, when you stand up for one of God’s children it will be equivalent to serving God himself. This act of righteousness will be used by God to glorify you on the day of Judgment. For it says in the Bible that God remembers even a glass of water, so whatever we do now, God will give us back in strength.

We spend most of our time in our worldly work for ourselves and our families, without hesitation we take days off for appointments, interviews and bank businesses, and many of us even take months off for holidays but all God is asking is two and half hours of your time to come and plead for the freedom of His people! So without reasons and hesitation be there as a voice for our brothers and sisters in Christ.

We are requesting two actions from you, one is to be present at the peace demonstration and the other is to provide us with your signatures as we need 2000 signatures to bring forth this matter to the Indian High commission.
