All of us are aware of the PROPOSED Long Range Plan that our Board of Directors has been considering. It appears that this Board and the Long Range Plan believe that a LARGE MAJORITY of our Members support this Plan to spend $12-15 million. We believe that our Club is currently positioned to attract new members due to our location, reputation, current facilities, and status in our Community. We do not believe that this Long Range Plan must be implemented for the Carolina Country Club to remain viable and financially stable. Many of us are concerned that it will not be possible to complete this Plan with "NO ASSESSMENT and a MONTHLY DUES INCREASE of $5," attributable to the

proposed Plan. The Long Range Plan Committee mentality of "Build It and New Members Will Come" is not necessary for the vitality of our Carolina Country Club's future.

Therefore, We the following, DO NOT SUPPORT the PROPOSED Long Range Plan at this time.
