This petition is for the purpose of removing the board directors listed below, currently serving on the board of directors at The Arbors Condominium Owner’s Association in Newport News, Virginia. Pursuant to Section 13.1-860, Code of Virginia, and Article Three, Section Twelve in the Bylaws of The Arbors Condominium Owner’s Association, any Director may be removed with or without cause by the vote or agreement in writing by a majority of all Members. Any revocation of this agreement must be in writing and delivered to the homeowner’s representative prior to service of the removal agreement on the board.
