As a customer of the buses of TFL & ARRIVA i feel disgusting and abused every time I am on those buses we pay a full fare and we don't even get a seat. How many of you out there has witnessed the following fraud just like claiming benefit for fraud. Those people have the cheek from any age you can see them walking without the sticks and when they are reaching the front seat they put down there sticks and start limping, we have to get up and give them our seat when their is nothing wrong m. As soon as they get up to use the bus their stick is no longer in use it is exactly the same with people that are 30 - 40 that are perfectly okay to walk some of them even have shopping bags and look healthy but again we get cheated out of our seat to let them sit down. The same goes with drivers that choose who should and shouldn't pay or even better when they pass the stop to let passengers on or of the bus and again who continuously receives abuse or insults from drivers any time they feel like, as well as calling people to pay again when they already paid and others get away scot free especially that don't ask any identity that their fare is paid, or some of them even come up with excuses like for example "I waiting for it to arrive as I applied" "I'm sorry that I lost it or forgotten it at school" "Or I am sorry that I Iost it" or how do we know exactly that their fare is paid from the learning trust or local authority? So how do we know? and why isn't that TFL or ARRIVA contact every school and find out which kid goes in school and whether their fare has been paid. Or maybe they should carry a proof to show the driver to check whether that child is telling the truth or not, and whats about the stages on people that are okay on wheel chairs that come on the bus most of them are real some of them aint. And please may i remind you all something drivers don't care of how many buggies are in buses. So may i remind you to also sign if your signing that only one buggy is allowed with a wheelchair and if this 2 wheelchairs no buggies should be allowed, otherwise only 2 buggies should be allowed if not if the buggies are very big no buggy should be with it. If the child is 3-5 and over unless disabled the parents should close the buggy and bring it in if there space closed, if there is no place because of other buggies,wheelchairs then they should not bring it in. Something else some people seems to use the seat for shopping bags or bags they shouldn't be allowed to do so as seats are for people to seat. Their is another thing against the drivers. how many people are they allowed to take on the bus insurance wise? although we have numbers on some of the buses on how many a bus should contain that number is insured because how many people that the bus conductor (driver) the amount is endless so much so that we are so suffocated stepping on each other shoes that it is unbearable, like the cars they should be controlled on how many they take on and not be treated like sheep. So if you could please sign this petition to forward to ARRIVA and TFL and mention what option what you are going for as I forgot to mention something the bus drivers are extremely rude and uncooperative on the subject of when a customer shows proof of a receipt of payment on the card and he tells us there is no money he isnt interested in reading the proof of the receipt because that should give the proof that money is on the oyster and not chucking us out and making us pay again, when the proof is on the receipt that the money is on the oyster and has to accept that his oyster machine is at fault and not kicking us out when the proof is there underneath their eyes especially when they don't always ask proof on other customers that they let free willingly. The same goes when we paid once for the whole journey and the bus does not carry on its journey to where it was ment to be and drop us in the middle of no where. 1 or 2 of them of the drivers agree to give us a ticket to allow us to carry out ours journey for free but not all of them do. Why is it between chucking us out of the bus and allowing us to carry on the journey free in which we already paid for or is it just a case that drivers have been told to treat us in this way to make extra money on us or not. And whats about when we do get the replacement tickets that allows us to go on the same bus to finish ours journey, the new driver of the same number bus refuse the ticket turns argumentativeness and is rude and ill mannered as well, after all we did pay for that journey that we all pay and that means a seat should be included and not standing up. so please vote for all of this as well as to stop the drivers over going the normal rate of allowed passenger that is subscribe on the bus.
