Where CPS was called in to the hospital. He had been aorund drugs, sexually molested, Deemened, now has been diagnosed with PTSD from these years of abuse and neglect. Get this the custodial parent knew who the perpetrator was, conducted abuse tactics and allowed her boyfriends to harrass and abuse our son. CPS put them in the FAmily protective services program to aid the family unit to stay together. WHat happened to putting a child in harms'd way? Get this when he was sexually molested an attourney from Texas RIo Grande Legal aid got a writ of habeus corpus putting him back with the perpetrator. My PHD psych that diagnosed him with PTSD. Get this.. this pasted Monday my child cried and screamed not wanting to go home with mom. "I don't wanna be hurt no more!(Holding his hands in front of his face.)" So, a group here in San antonio finally took the case after 4 years of abuse. So, they call me and tell me take him back to the perp until we can get restraining orders. What the hell? WHat happened to not putting a child in Harm's way? Texas state stutues for child abuse say don't do that and anyone doing so may serve a sentence. then why are lawyers and CPS workers doing this? There must be a way these individuals can be taken to court for what they have done to the child under these same statutes they "uphold".Flag

She is in counciling because this has occurred over the past eight years but since she doesn't have any current bruises etc there is not enough evidence. to do anything else. My ex husband how ever has all his rights being protected, but no one is advocating for her except me. she is scared as -----, but he is about to go to court and hold me in contempt. How can I protect her. "dad" is playing the system and says he is afraid of me. Trying to force her to be taken away from me. why doesnt any one listen to the childFlag

That is why my 6 month old son's father will be starting visitation next month, supervised only for a couple months, then going to weekends. It doesn't matter that he threatened to take the baby out of the country- he didn't do it. It doesn't matter that he forced me to have a relationship with him- he didn't do it to the baby. It doesn't matter that he abused my disabled older son to the point that he was suicidal- he didn't do it to the baby. It doesn't matter that he has a violent temper and no parenting skills- he never did anything "that bad" to the baby. YET.Flag
