We, residents of the communities adjacent to the German Mills Settlers’ Park or residents of the Town of Markham are requesting the Town of Markham NOT to implement the proposed Aerobic System project and any related project in the German Mills Settlers’ Park until:
1. All related project information is made available to the public;

2. All issues and concerns on the environment and the quality-of-life for the residents and Park users are fully addressed;
3. All issues on the liability and compensation for any damage that may be caused by the implementation of the Aerobic System are fully addressed, documented, and approved.
