Comments: After hearing about this case, I've dug further into it, and have come to the conclusion that the case against Mr. Coleman was flawed. If a piece of evidence exists that conclusively proves the case one way or the other, why not use it What's keeping the state from finding out the truth Is your state not interested in the truth Or are there too many people who have a vested interest in keeping Mr. Coleman guilty

Comments: I support the death penalty when there is absolute (eyewitness or untainted confession), but something like this is troubling.

Comments: For or against the death penalty, I think all people want to know if an innocent man was put to death... in ANY state. To refuse to seek the truth in this case is cowardice. Please do the right thing! Have the testing done, and let the people know the results, either way. Thank you.

Comments: Thank you Governor Warner for proving THE GUILT of a disgusting being. May Coleman rot in Hell. New DNA in Canada now in the year 2006 prove the guilt of this murderous rapist. Suffer bastard.

Comments: I would have thought that during the murder, his dna would have been submitted and tested then. Unfortunately, if he was innocent, he lost his life due to a simple test that just because officials dont want to look like they were wrong, an innocent man is dead.

Comments: And.....the test shows he was guilty. How sad anti-punishment zealots are.
