As of July 18, 2012 I hereby relieve myself of all duties as temporary guardian of Corey Len Duff Jr. Corey no longer resides with me in my home or in the state of Arizona, as he resides with father Corey Len Duff Sr. in Greencastle, Indiana so there for have notified father of removing myself of payee responsibilities as well as temporary guardian of Corey Len Duff Jr.
