This petition is to set term and benefit limits for the Senate and Congress. No Congressperson, Senator or Representative shall serve more than 8 consecutive years, and must abide by a four year gap before running for any other public office. Congresspersons, Senators and Representatives will pay for their own medical insurance, room and board. Travel, lodging and meals will be reimbursed once the expenses have been approved. If the expense is over a fair amount, only a portion will be reimbursed. No Congressperson, Senator or Representative will vote for raises or benefits that will challenge this petition's guidelines.
