The members of Tennis IG of Republic Polytechnic would like to request a meeting with the Principal, Mr Yeo Li Pheow. This is because the members of the Tennis Interest Group (IG) feel that there are issues between the IG advisors, team coach and members of Tennis IG, thereby causing confusions and tensions. Thus, this meeting is to bring forth our issues and hopefully tries to resolve the issues brought forward, to allow us to move forward. We request that the following people attend this meeting; they are Coach Richard Kong, IG Advisor Fazilah A Latiff, IG Advisor Edmund Chan and members of Tennis IG. Issues to be brought up at the meeting: 1. Advisors lack of support for Tennis IG 2. Confusion amongst Tennis IG members as the advisors contradicts themselves 3. Advisors have tendencies to have special treatments for establish players 4. Advisors mentally demoralising members of the Tennis IG 5. Unprofessional practice of Advisors 6. Advisors lack of management and administrative skills 7. Advisors use threatening approach when handling tennis IG affairs
