The Metropolitan District Commission (themdc.com) is a organization charged with providing its customers in Hartford County Connecticut with clean, safe water. We ask the MDC to donate one advertising space on its web page to a charity devoted to helping impoverished Third World people secure access to clean, safe water for themselves and their families. It would also be decent of the MDC to donate one of their four monthly bill inserts to providing its customers with information about water charities to which they may want to donate.
