Hi Goenkaars, This is just a tiny initiative to get payment of all Govt. based bills done online for those who know how to do it and slowly eradicate queue based system prevalent for bill payments in all Govt. departments. The Goa Legislative Assembly is IT enabled, why not bill payments? If you reach a second late, the counter is closed... payments are then to be made as late payment. The Govt. of Goa has an IT Dept. in place. Make them work. Also existent is Goa Info Tech Corporation. I'm starting this at state level in my state Goa. Hope it catches on elsewhere as well.
