Hi my name is Deezle Harris and im 14 years of age and i live in centralia , washington. Ever since i was 8 ive had an interest in WRC(world rally championship) and i want to be able to do it. So i started a petition for teens 14 years of age and older to be able to join a wrc , and pursue there interests before they give up on it.
