Teen Access to Preventive Care
Within the United States of America, the
majority of the teen population does not receive the proper amount of
preventive health care services. These health care services are vital to
institute good health behaviors and deject damaging health behaviors that can
affect teens for the rest of their lives; for example, the issue of teen pregnancy
has and will continue to hinder the teen population as a whole unless society
acts and demands the changing of the current policies that are in place on the
subject. This issue of teen access to prevention care has become a social
injustice in the United States due to the lack of funding from both the State
and Federal Government towards school programs that are designed to educate
teens on the issue of teen pregnancy and the repercussions of being a teen
parent. We would like your support by signing this petition.
