We, the undersigned believe that the laws should change as technology has changed. We believe that cellphones are the cause of more accidents than there should be. Not only should texting behind the wheel be illegal, so should talking on a cellphone/smart phone. People are just as "distracted" while taking on a cellphone, they just are able to look at the road more often, but not necessarily be more aware than someone whom was texting. Vehicles are large weapons able to sever a person's appendage or even their torso from the rest of their body. They also can break the largest bone in the human body like snapping a twig if they are drove while even talking on the phone.
