Petition to Tear Down Pine Street School Buildings

We wish to petition the City Council of Texarkana, TX to require the owner(s) of the following property to demolish the buildings:

Pine Street School (formerly Texas High School) including the Band Hall, Auditorium, and all buildings at this location; the original Texarkana College building (Library Science Building) on W. 16th Street. Texarkana citizens consider these buildings to be a health and safety hazard to the Texarkana Community especially to the Highland Park Neighborhood.
