Petition to Tear Down the old Masonic Lodge Building

We wish to petition the City Council of Texarkana, Texas to require the owner(s) of the old Masonic Lodge Building located at 7th and Olive to demolish this structure. Texarkana citizens consider this property to be a health and safety hazard to the Texarkana community.
