    Comments: It's not the captain that needs changing with this team - he's done a fantastic job in his first year in charge, as he grows in the role, and moulds a team of winners; it's the batsmen's techniques and mindsets, in some instances, that need tweaking! Don't punish Ross Taylor for that!

    Comments: Ross Taylor has my vote too. Hesson - who I had never even heard of before he was made coach, and even had trouble finding information about on Google - has undermined Ross Taylor by his comments ever since he took over. Brendan McCullum has done nothing with the bat lately and tends to throw his wicket away. I think he is highly overrated. A true leader will support someone else and not undermine them. I think Kane Williamson would be a good captain in the future. At least Ross has the balls to stand up to Hesson and co and stand his ground. Go Ross Taylor.

    Comments: I completely agree, a lack of faith in Ross Taylor by Mike Hesson is his own personal issue. Taylor is only just beginning his captaincy and he still needs time to develop his skills. To make Taylor resign from captaincy of the Black Caps shows a lack of faith in his abilities and through this more discord within cricket New Zealand which we can ill-afford. Ross Taylor needs time to grow into his position as captain, he has a smart head on him and in order for him to prosper as a captain we must allow him the room to grow, by trusting in his abilities. Brendan McCullum is a flighty and inconsistent player, although brilliant on some days he is mostly unreliable. This is not the example we want a captain to set for his team. He needs to inspire his men with his ability to play cricket as well as making good decisions. His erratic behaviour will not help the Black Claps, but further cause neglect to the team as a whole.

    Comments: Ross all the way! McCullum shouldn't even be in the team on his current form and isn't the match winner he's made out to be. McCullum averages 24 in test wins and Taylor 69 having made crucial contributions in his 4 test wins over major nations.

    Comments: Taylor is the only consistent shining light in our team. While other players have promise to be world renowned players, he is already there and will continue to be so given the right environment to flourish and if some of the other players worry about playing actual cricket so he is not doing everything. He will be one of if not the greatest NZ batsmen of all time - lets treat him how he deserves NZ

    Comments: I m a Roscoe fan 4m India.Ross Taylor is a good batsman n a good leader as well..he had some tough times wid injuries bt has always come back strong..the reason behind Nz losing to SA SL n WI was a lack of support from d rest of d batsmen..Roscoe has played consistentely well in recent years..a win over Aus in Aus n SL in SL are d best of him..needs some more time wid ths captaincy thing..my support to Roscoe all d way 4m India..with him always..LoveNrespect..RossIsBoss:)
