It is well known that a mentor cum a teacher cum a instructor in countries like Nepal are less valued. The effort they put on to make best out of students are always underestimated and rarely valued especially in Boarding Schools. They are treated as if teaching is the worst job and they've come for it because they are less dignified people compared to other job holders viz. government teachers. So. i've filed this online petition for a good cause. Please support me.
