Agreed? I have a right because I live in the land of the free.Or so I thought until now! This subject is on the right to smoke cigarettes taken out of the prisons.Why are these men and women not created equal? It should be our God given rights to smoke or not to smoke.It is time to say enough is enough!Too many of our rights or taken away now! We have sit by and let anyone that wanted to take away our rights do just that.Now who will stand with me and say no more!The time has come to stand up for some thing! Right? These men and women are paying their debt to society why must their rights to smoke be taken too.They have nothing inside prison'.Most of their families do not come see them,and now they will be put in the hole or wrote up if a smoke is found around them.Think of the families that visit them.They are being punished also by watching their son' and daughters being treated inhuman.We give more rights to animals than we do to these loved ones.just because they have made mistakes don't mean they do not have feeling or cravings.Why is this being done? Because we have let it be done.This is a habit,just like breathing to them.Why must we all suffer? I love my husband and I hate his rights to be smoothered out ,just because a few say no more smoking here.I don't smoke but someone smoking around me don't stop me from enjoying my food or take away from my life at all.I am 62 and I have lived though a lot of things but this is cruel and unusual punishment for all connected to anyone in the prison and all the families.Can you sit with your husband or son/daughter and watch them suffer from wanting a cigarette?I can not! Please help me by sending this out to everyone on your list! The future of America should not be left to a few undesirable people.What will we let them take away next.We need to stand up and say enough is enough!If you want you can add your views too but let's all work on getting our rights back now! |

| 59 | ERIC | GRIFFIN | NV | US | h yeah we are trying to work on something like this so if you have hand that can help us draft this up it will help us all it go like this to the federal courts of az nv ms ny and ca and others this will be a law siut of course stating that if any elected official has took place are refuse to render help in removing devise that has been placed on listed victims and to have a investigating grand jury summoned up and protection for victims, there voter vote will not count until a investigated grand jury has cleared them of aiding to a criminal act in order for there votes to stand due the fact of being suspect of a crime that has put victims life endangered as well as the people they represent and had the power to help victims receive justice but failed to due there involvement of a criminal act and this matter is to be heard as a matter of emergency do to the nature of this case and victims being held hostage by the devise mention in the Lawson reports about these kind of devise you think you can get someone to help with this pass it along as the ERIC GRIFFIN LAW see what we can do......... all help would be greatfully thankful and i bet this law will make a change if they don't kill me first but i am ready to take it to every court we have grounds to with a little help so pass it on to all who trying to help us theres more get back to me |

I was kidnapped,taken to the so-called the safe- house,they came to my place and took all of my files papers documents books...etc.they took me to solitary cell,I went through harsh physical and mentall tortures.I was blindfolded all the time except when I was in my cell.I inocently was accused.Anyway this is a long story and I paid very heavely.
