Comments: I am in support of the refurbishing of TVC Studios TC1, TC2 & TC3 and the adaptation of the TVC buildings and site for multi-purpose use, especially for future use by the modern creative industries. However, I feel it is imperative that valuable resources are not lost from this internationally renowned production-focused site, for which a compelling case is made for the (present) additional retention of Studio TC8. During 1976-7 I projected films at TVC for: the Director General, Sir Charles Curran, the Controller of BBC 2, Aubrey Singer, and the playwright Samuel Beckett.

Comments: As a Senior Sound Supervisor at Sky, I think it's essential for UK TV Production that we keep and maintain sufficient Studio Production capacity. TC 6 was designed, and is an excellent, versatile all round studio, especially suited for sit coms and audience shows helped by the versatility of its unique seating rig arrangement. Let’s keep this valuable facility.

Comments: For your average quizshow/Sit-com, TC1 would be too big, TC2 too small, and something else would be booked out using TC3. TC8 is the perfect size studio for these shows and to send the bulldozers through the scene dock doors in the summer is utter lunacy. It should be saved, referb'ed, and brought back into use in 2014.
