Name: Roger Francis on Feb 22, 2013Comments: TC8 is the best studio at Television Centre. Probably the best studio in the British Isles. For TC8 never to reopen would not do much for the credibility of the BBC studios and post production.Flag

Name: Roy Adcock on Feb 22, 2013Comments: TC8 was always rated as the best medium sized studio in Television Centre. The facilities were the best of their sort when it was built, being the last of the eight studios to be constructed and equipped. The ventilation system is in the ceiling rather than the walls in other studios. The proximity to 'Stage Door' and the audience reception area make it ideal for audience shows. What a great loss of a first class studio if it is not retained.Flag
