Hi there! My names Hannah Hawkins, I'm 19 years old, I live in Owensboro, KY and I absolutely love Taylor Swift. Everyone who knows me knows that I am a die-hard fan of Taylor Swift, or some may say, I am a Swiftie. I've been listening to Taylor Swift since I first heard Our Song and it has just grown since then. I was surprised with Red Tour tickets two years ago on Christmas for Nashville on 9/19/13, which would also be the first time I would see Taylor Swift in concert. Once the show had come and gone, I was hooked and I have followed Taylor Swift along with many other Swifities. In the last year, I have missed the opportunities to meet Taylor Swift countless of times. But I got lucky enough for Taylor Swift to notice me on Instagram and Twitter and I just know this is a sign that my chance of meeting her is soon!
What I am about to propose may be a long shot but with the help of family and friends within my community, I hope I can succeed.
Since I was 16 years old, I have been working at the world famous Moonlite Bar-B-Q Inn. The restaurant is known worldwide and has over hundreds of thousands people visit each year. It is family owned business and is famously known for their all you can eat BBQ buffet which is offered seven days a week. Moonlite has been visited by celebrities, former president Bill Clinton, Kiss, former Miss America’s and more, throughout the 51 years since the Bosley’s have started the Moonlite tradition. Evidence of these celebrities visiting are hung all over the walls in the carry-out section in the restaurant.
Now what I am trying to accomplish is for my idol, Taylor Swift, to visit Moonlite Bar-B-Q. Yeah I know, crazy right? Taylor Swift lives in New York but I know she goes home to Nashville, TN to visit and Owensboro is only two hours away from Nashville. Taylor Swift’s brother Austin attends Notre Dame University in Indiana which is only six hours away. Between Taylor traveling to and from these locations, Moonlite BBQ can be a pit stop for her and her family to eat! And also for her to meet a huge fan (ME) and visit such a popular place. We offer private party rooms so if Taylor wanted to eat in privacy, she is able to. I am willing to pay for her meal and the room if she were to visit!
Here is where I need your help: Taylor Swift’s upcoming 1989 World Tour starts in May, so I am trying for her to visit Owensboro and Moonlite in between the months of January and April before she gets super busy! I am going to need all the help I can get so if anyone who reads this please sign and help me get Taylor Swift here! I need 1,500 signatures to achieve this but the more the better! She is my favorite person in the world and I really want her to visit my hometown! I am so determined and I want nothing more for this to happen!

I have 2 girls 7, & 12 and a niece who is 15 who sdore t. swift like u they would love to meet her but its expensive. so im sining in hopes ur dreams come tru because I would hope someone would feel the same compassion for my girls and sign if it was them. hugz sweet heart and good luck!!!

I was born and raised in Owensboro. I now live in Bentonville, AR. If you do decide to go to Owensboro and eat at Moonlite then also go to Old Hickory and try their BBQ. The winner gets bragging rights and a Taylor Swift concert at their restaurant!!! Hope you decide to experience the great BBQ this city offers!
