As we are sinking in debt because of the bank mismanagement, and recession, we are petitioning the POTUS, Dept. of Treasury or the IRS Director, to suspend temporarily without penalties and interest, the enforcement of the tax law where settlement saving is considered ordinary income.This law is anyway unfair because the money saved is not tangible and therefore, should be considered capital gains.
