Citizens who believe in helping the poor can't just talk about cutting taxes and spending. They also need to talk about what how the social safety net ought to work. 

I pledge that if a tax cut is enacted, and if this petition gets 1000 other signatures besides me, every dollar less in taxes that I pay in 2013 than I would have paid without the tax cut will be donated to a local organization (like a food bank) to help support the poor and needy in my or some other needy community.
