Seeing this grow makes the exhaustion feel worth it. It is exhausting to fight for respect in these boardrooms but seeing so many of you join this battle gives me the strength to keep going.

Ridiculous that I have to hide my arm art every single day in the office. It doesnt change how I do my job.
Its 2018 people. Tattoos are art. Stop judging us.

finally someone said it. i am tired of wearing long sleeves in the middle of summer just to make other people feel comfortable.
EXACTLY. I got passed over for a promotion despite having the best numbers on the team just because i have ink on my wrist. so dumb.

my tattoos are professional and high quality. sick of losing out on jobs because a manager thinks it looks unprofessional grow up!
