Councils should not licence the Home Tattooist ( scratcher) this puts YOU, the general public at risk As most of these people just buy kits from ebay! have no duty of care or sterilization procedures to adhere too! Are not insured Trouble is ....the councils will licence any one to do tattoos as long as they do not charge you Does that gain your trust? Would you like to be tattooed by some one that doesnt know what they are doing?
