Target Supporters like you are gathering support for public discussion by the City of Santa Barbara and the City of Goleta of a Target anchored retail center on the City of Santa Barbara's airport property located at 6100 Hollister Avenue bet. Frederic Lopez Road and David Love Place. A Target retail center will keep sales tax dollars in our community while providing jobs, infrastructure improvements, funds for fire and police protection and significant non-profit support.
