   Comments: I completely agree with the implementation of a thorough going release of Tamil people in IDP camps, but I'm not sure about the commencement of talks to bring about a separate Tamil state in Sri Lanka. My wish is that the Tamils and Singhalese can put all this behind them and learn to live together in peace.
