The petition
Petition: Allow TAMA to execute elections and finalize the new committee for 2010
TAMA as a community , executed several excellent community oriented projects in 2009, as described in Appendix A.
In addition, the team also raised in funds towards various non profit purposes that were disbursed as per the TAMA bylaws.
To continue the rich 28 years of history of TAMA and to make more progress based on the foundation created in 2009, the team has created progressive plans for 2010, as described in Appendix B.
We are petitioning and requesting the court the permission to announce the unanimous candidates elected and conducting elections for the 3 positions where there are valid nominations.

· Supported Bhutanese to help at Hindu Temple of Atlanta for 6 months and gave away 120 comforters and 40 bed sheets (Paddy Rao garu), collected cloths and utensils from our community for Bhutanese community.
