Responsible department: Department for Culture, Media and Sport 'TalkTalk' call themselves 'The UK's safest broadband'. While this may be the case for all the lucky people who actually pay for a service and receive it, most of us do not. TalkTalk prey on low income families in a day and age where the internet is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. Tisacali's 2012 revenue exceeded 170 Million Euros. So they can afford to give back. I am asking the government to legally force Talktalk to refund in credit or cash, 6 months worth of standard broadband and line rental to ALL customers who have contacted TalkTalk more than 5 times and still not had the issue resolved. I am also asking the goverment to speak to ombudsman and ofcom and bring together a case against talktalk based on their complaints. There is plenty of facts of complaint on talktalks facebook profile alone. They sponsor ITV, Multi Billions. But Sir/Madam this company can not provide to their customers what they promise. Contract Mobile phones from talktalk are taking nearly 3 months to even be processed. Broadband is none existant and / or intermitting. Customer Service - None Existant. Please take this into concern.
