The new MTV show Jersey Shore has made me ashamed to say I am 100% Italian, that I've lived in Staten Island & Northern NJ, and that I live at the Jersey Shore...its the falsest representation of Italian people from the NY/NJ area...we are not all idiots who bake ourselves & are neon orange and use a year's worth of gel in our hair in just 1 weekend! SOME ITALIANS ACTUALLY DO HAVE BRAINS!!!! WE ARE A PEOPLE WHO ARE BEAUTIFUL, AND INTELLIGENT!!!! AND IT SICKENS ME THAT THE MEDIA PROTRAYS US AS EITHER IDIOTS OR MOBSTERS AND IT JUST ISNT TRUE!!! SIGN THIS PETITION AND MAYBE WE CAN GET THIS TRASH OFF THE AIR!!!!!!.....AND FORWARD THIS TO ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO FEELS THE SAME WAY!!!!
