This petition is mainly for those parents out there that get their parental rights taken away by the state. I don't think its right for those individuals to be able to conceive again. Why is it they can have their children taken away by the state and just go out and replace those kids that were taken away by just having another baby? I'm petitioning for those individuals to undergo a tubal ligation/vesectomy. Therefor they cannot conceive and us as tax payers wont have to pay for yet another state funded child.
