The petition
This is a petition to fire all branches of government, and declassify all government document's (save document's of classified weaponry). In place of current government officials (which will never be allowed to run for any office), the people will elect 5,000 different people from among the people each year whom will have a civic duty to set up polling places around the country, and make public all decisions regarding America known to the public to be voted upon.
further more the said 5,000 elected hold the duty of responsively reforming laws, writing new bills {to be voted upon by the American public}, and fallowing the orders given by the majority of the American people. if a course of actions is found to not be in the best course of action for the American people by the said 5,000, the 5,000 can make known their concerns, and offer another course of action in the first chosen actions place. based upon the declassification of documents mentioned for hand, a proper course of action shall me taken to ensure honesty to the people of the united states (to detain all officials by police force), until a proper vote can be polled from among the American people lasting no more then 100 days placing from among the people 10 thousand pre elected candidates sectioned into groups of one thousand, and voted upon by thousands. the 10 thousand are selected the first year by a draft style lottery. dishonesty in politics after words will be treated a an act of high treason, and like wise punishment shall fallow for said offender/offenders. while in a state of nongovernment, and neo government election the people will set up polling stations, and votes will be made in regards to possible actions to be taken to stabilize the nation in this harsh time of change. all polling station attendants shall be drafted from among the people in all states. all members of this neo political party will make standard pay rate, and have responsibility to travel the country, write, e-mail, and talk to the American people to create new bill's to be voted upon at a later date biannually. if at any time more then 51% of the American people vote against any official cause being treason, that official shall be imprisoned for 10 years pending a fair trial, with a minimum sentence of being kicked out of the 5,000 elect. a failure to carry out a civic duty due to incompetence shall be treated as treason. all other decisions regarding any further details of American official decision shall be voted upon by the American people. any vote that pulls in less then 65% of American vote shall be eligible for a re vote. all polls in the united states shall be at all schools, and other government funded, and operated buildings, and officials shall also be charged with go door to door for polling votes for shut ins. furthermore all propositions shall be in Americanized English terms. tolerance courses shall be a standardized educational classes along with other standardized education such as math, reading, and writing but art shall also be a standard course for all lower level students (example: 3rd-9th grade). after 5th grade classes shall be include drug abuse prevention (showing recently shot footage of withdraws, and interviews with drug addicts to shine better educate on the true nature of addiction), refined sexual education (the true side of s.t.d.'s, and risk prevention), and philosophy.
