Having to go out at night... in the wind and rain.. waiting for you food by the road and then having to walk back defeats the purpose and is quite frankly, unacceptable.
While we appreciate there are reasons for this security measure, there must be a balance between care and control.
Let the people; the students decide on what terms they wish to live by.
We suggest to have some vetted and approved delivery drivers, to provide this service.
