Name: Carrie Askew-Walker on May 4, 2007Comments: We must take a stand for those who can not defend themselves. It is a tragedy that children die everyday at the hands of people who are supposed to protect them. But it's even more tragic that these precious, innocent lives are not valued as much as the lives of the men and women who choose to put their lives on the line to serve and protect their communities.Flag

Name: Nicole Wilmer on May 4, 2007Comments: I definitly agree! Someone who could do this to a defensless baby can kill anyone and should be stopped! Why does the system allow people to feel sorry for the criminals I dont understand it. There is no turning back for baby Taegen or her family that mourns her loss and the guy who did this should pay for life just as this family will have to! If they can't look back and change anything why should he look back for a second chance to live a happy life.Flag

Name: Jennifer Penaluna on May 4, 2007Comments: good luck!! hope this petition has a tremendous effect. no one should get away with murder so easily. I would love to see abusers sent to jail for life or for the death penalty.. they can not continue to grow in numbers all around us. Maybe, just maybe if people know the consequenses of such inhuman behavior can not be reversed or easy likely offenders will restrain themselves and not only save lives but help the people with abuse tendencies to see a life without such a dark mistake in thier past.Flag
