I have phoned Ericsson twice and all they will tell me is that is how the phone was made, you cannot make it louder or alter the volume. This do'es not help the people who has bought the phone in the first place and has a year contract on it.I never hear the messages come in and i have it on vibrate as well. Something needs to be done!If you can't hear it then it is no good!!! |
