This petition is regarding the SYST33796 Wireless Systems course during September to December 2012 in Sheridan College Davis that was taught by Khaled Mahmud. Students of this class are not happy with their final exam grade as the class average is 50% and many have failed. We would like to have the final exam marks increased for everyone or have the final exam's weight reduced. Our midterm covered four chapters and the final exam covered eight chapters, the midterm consisted of all multiple choice questions whereas the final exam consisted of multiple choice, fill in the blank, short answer and drawing of three diagrams. It was not possible to write this exam and achieve a good grade since there was too much material to study and memorize. It seemed as if the exam was intentionally made in a way that students would have great difficulty in achieving a passing grade. Nearly every student expressed their concern to the instructor after completing the final exam, if you agree that the final exam marks increased for everyone or have the final exam's weight reduced then please sign this petition.
