Petition to SU Chancellor Nancy Cantor, SUNY ESF President Neil Murphy, Syracuse Mayor and Common Council: Cyclists at Syracuse University, SUNY ESF, Upstate Medical University, and Crouse Hospital, and other bike activists, are working in the Joggers And Bikes Belong Yes (JABBY)coalition to improve bike amenities and safety through * the use of \"Sharrows\", share-the-road symbols on roads and streets; * the addition of bikelanes on and off-campus. * the installation of bikelockers on campus, at downtown garages, the Walsh Train/Bus Station, and at high schools; * and the addition of bikeracks on and off-campus.
